Two practical notes for planning. Plan large conventions 12–18 months out, KLCC and MITEC peak slots disappear quickly between October and March. Run the simultaneous-interpretation booking 30 days minimum before the event so the ISO-standard equipment can be reserved and the two-interpreter rotation set. For an incentive bundled under 80 pax, we can typically confirm a slot within 14 days; smaller corporate trainings and team-buildings turn around in 5–7 days.
